Vintage AGFA Speedex Special “R” Folding Camera by AGFA Ansco Corporation. Featuring the coated Agfa Apotar 85mm f:4.5 lens. Creates 2 1/4 x 2 1/4 inch square exposures from 120 film. The R is for uncoupled rangefinder feature. It also has a Pronto SV leaf shutter. Shutter speeds are Bulb, 1, 2, 5, 10, 50, 100, & 300. I had to repair most moving gears parts by cleaning and lubing to make them move again and cover light leaks in the bellows with liquid electrical tape. The camer...a is in fair working status, fully manual. Camera has been tested with Kodak Portra 160 film and working great. And can produced great vintage images, creating a 2 1/4 x 2 1/4 inch negatives. Includes the Agfalux C, flash cube adapter, cable, and case. Very pocketable and compact for a medium format camera. Film resurgent fans, if you can work around these limits and get a sharp picture, consider yourself a photographer. The Camera is an inexpensive way to get into medium format film cameras. The Camera is used and sold as is.
