VINTAGE Stanley USA No. 4 Smooth Plane - EXTRA FINE ~ in ORIGINAL BOX !!Near new and in the original box! "Type 20" dating from 1962 to the end of USA production in 1964. 9" long with a 2" wide blade. This general purpose Bench Plane was Stanley's most popular. This example shows absolutely no use and only minimal shelf wear with no rusting or pitting and very little staining. The finishes are near 100% intact and there is only minimal dinging and scratchin...g in the wood. The near full length blade retains the original factory edge. The box is in likewise fine condition showing only expected shelf wear. Ready to go to work!! Where are you going to find another one this FINE?
