The censer with a compressed globular body rising to a rhomboid ‘leiwen’ diaper band in low-relief that encircles the neck and leads to cupped rim. A pair of strap (baluster) handles issue upwards from the stepped shoulder and the body raised on three ‘qilin’-masked cabriole legs. Residue exists within the interior from years of burning incense, the patina throughout of a dark chocol...ate brown hue.
