Incredible Detailed Embroidered Skirt - Wonderful Royal Cobalt Blue Color. Acquired by my family in late 1800s/early 1900s

From top of the band to the bottom (center panel) is 3...4 inchesMain Panel design (there are 2 one for front & back) is just under 15 inchesLength of Cotton Band along the top is 45"
Condition - SEE PHOTOS. SOld As is. This is over 100 years old thus shows some discoloration from age. I did not see any blemishes/stains but it is possible I missed something. Happy to answer questions/provide more photos.
