Pre-owned. From a Dallas estate. The Beta Sigma chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta was installed at Southern Methodist University (SMU) in 1929. This kite shaped pin has black and white enameling. Seed pearls border the pin. Two small diamonds above "KAO". Inscribed on the back with Beta Sigma symbols above "Catherine Carwile 11-6-41". Made by LGB co. Some scratches on ...the enamel. Weighs 3.8 grams and measures 13/16" x 5/8". Unmarked as far as gold content but was tested and is 10K yellow gold.
