The Jack LaLanne Show#F-13 Wednesday Show opens with a short title, thenJack introduces his dog Buddy who has a message for the viewers athome, (which of course is Jack talking off camera for the dogs voice)Buddy sits up with his paws in the air. Jack tells the students thatthis morning we're going to do a work out for every part of the body!Proceeds to do arms, legs, etc. Jack then jogs in place, calls ourvarious girls names and then calls out “Frank?” where'd he comefrom? Then it...'s time for “Glamour Stretch” Jack says he can seethat one person sitting on the sofa, tells them to get up! Then Jacksays for you first timers “If you wake up sore don't blame that oldJack LaLanne, cause you think he doesn't know what he's talkingabout” No that's just your body from not exercising!!! To close theshow Jack sings us good-bye and God Bless! The copyright is 1961, so these printsare year of release! Only one commercial in this print.
