Fresh from a local Miami estate,
Fabulous Large Antique Matching Mirrored Pair Chinese Bronze Cloisonne Vases. Vases measure 15 in tall on stand and measure 13 1/4 inches tall without stand. Each vase weighs just a little over 3 lb each. I have inspected both vases intensely and they are in absolutely perfect condition. Both original carved wooden stands have small thin stress cracks on each end consistent with age. One of the stands has a small bit of old damage please see picture.... it does not affect the Integrity, it is solid and supports the vase perfectly. I've been told by the estate that they have been in the same cabinet that I had removed them from for many years. As a matter of fact I could barely remove one of the wooden bases from the vase. As you can notice in the pictures of the patina color change of the wood. Absolutely fantastic butterfly bird bees fish motif. Noticed the butterflies all around the base! Awesome mirrored bronze fish motif. Very unusual paneled shape. Would make an absolutely fantastic addition to anybody's collection. Happy bidding!
