This is as good as it gets!I've never seen anything so beautiful.Light ivory color lace with the same colored pure silk inserts which are hand embroidered needlepoint flowers on them.Have a flounce which is only tulle lace doesn't have the little vignettes or the lace.The flounce on the bottom part is just tacked on I think it was an afterthought or maybe needed a finish for a different type of bed.In excellent condition apart from the little separation can be seen in t...he pictures.It is quite incredible that it survived so long intact.I myself take very good care of my antique textiles, this I never used, just taken out ofthe box and admired occasionally.This lovely bedspread will come to you from a non smoking and pet free home.This beautiful spread measures 2 meter by 2 mter 20 on the top flat + the flounce on 3 sides45 cm on the two long sides and 55 cm on the bottom.There is a little discoloration on the top of the piece, I'm sure it will come out with gentle hand washing. It is not a serious stain.Added a few more pictures.
