This listing is for the fossilized remains of a mesonacis fremonti trilobite from the Marble Mountains in San Bernardino County, California (Latham Shale, Lower Cambrian). If it is not m. fremonti then it is most likely m. cylindricus. It is roughly 518 million years old! Like all other trilobites, this species went extinct millions of years ago so all that remains of them are fossils such as this. The matrix measures about 2 by 1.8 by 0.2 inches in size. The fossil will ship within one business day of payment being received. I ship with tracking to anywhere in the United States via USPS First Class Mail.
