This is a 9mm bent brandy from "Neerup" whose real name of course is Peder Jeppesen. Neerup is an old family name. Jeppesen worked for Karl Erik and Erik Nording before starting his own line of beautiful pipes. This chubby bent brandy is one of his creations. It features a well defined ring grain blast finish while the shank sports a smooth cross grain. The fat shank gives the pipe a great chubby look. According to Neerup, he only uses 925 silver on his pipes although there is no stamp... on this one. The saddle stem is acrylic. There is one small mark on the top of the chamber made by a reamer. Doesn't affect anything but worth mentioning. Besides being chunky and very handsome looking, this 9mm Neerup will out smoke just about anything you'd care to put it up against. It's a winner!
