Part of a family collection of Oriental items collected by our late Grand farther. This 19th century teapot originates from Tibet. The teapot is made of copper with brass cast mountings, from the weight of it it could well be a bronze but i am not an expert so please keep that in mind. The body of the teapot is plain with a flared neck and base with a well formed finial lid, the cast handle and spout in the form of dragons with fine detailed work.
