A DRUSE GIRL, AN UNMARRIED GIRL. That's what the note says pinned in the folds of her clothes (see pictures). This is a very old and unique doll with beautiful clothing. A circa 1850s milliner doll with asian flair. Sequins in her hair - and there's real hair attached to her Papier Mache head and bun. Her coat and gown are wonderfully sewn with buttons for dressing. There is some damage on her left sleeve and left side of outer coat. Wooden arms and feet appear ...fine. Her neck is cracked but sturdy, and some rub marks on her face. I haven't cleaned or undressed her, buy her and you can do it! This is a truly unique find and will be an outstanding addition to your collection. Treat Yourself! Condition is used.
