Beautifully woven Makah basket. Expertly crafted pictorial basket includes a whalingscene along with woodland animals and feathered friends. Colors are vivid throughout this generouslysized basket and the weave is tight and secure. Full height of basket (including knobbed lid) is about 8”. Without lid, height is about 7 ¼”. Cross measurement of the basket at its widest point is about 8". Circumference of basket at its widest pointis 26”. O...pening is about 5 ½” across. Base measures about 5 ¾” across.
