LARGE HISTORIC TRANSITIONAL LETTER PICTORIAL RUG, SUPER ASYMMETRICAL DESIGN, C1900
Beautifully woven Transitional Period blanket/rug with soft handspun wool with neat variegated background grey-brown yarns.  Clean, ready to display Navajo Rug or simple repair.  This untouched and original weaving has all its tassels and vast majority of selvage intact.  Great visual textile with “A”s, “G”, “J”, “O”s and curly Q.
Measures approximately 47” x 88”....
