It is beaded on one side up its length. Beaded on both sides at the bottom. Flag on the one, beaded around the time. This piece is out of the Lutheran Reverend Ernest Von Kronwitter that was from Germany but was doing Missionary work in the Dakotas and other Indian Reservations in the early 1900's He collected... these items and took them back to Germany before World War 1 broke out.
