This Anasazi Kayenta Pitcher was made around 1100 AD.It is as found with No restoration and has 100% original prehistoric vegetable paint.This pitcher was found intact, with no cracks and is in excellent condition.There is a picture of the pitcher the way it looked, when it was found, before it was cleaned. The black vegetable paint is in very good condition, with an artistic Anasazi design.The pottery is hard and well made and has a smooth, polished slip.This is a large, fat pit...cher with a big ribbed handle.It is 7 1/2'' tall and 7 1/2'' wide. .
