Generally nice condition, chrome has some light pitting that would polish out with 0000 steel wool IMHO. No leaves, what you see is what you get.Ignore the $1 shipping - eBay required a shipping option otherwise it wouldn't be there. This item really is best viewed as "for LOCAL pickup ONLY". It's possible i could deliver cheap in nearby central Ohio, delivery price to be negotiated and if we can't work it out you can back out of the sale. This is a pretty heavy item and co...ordinating with a blanket-wrap shipper of your choosing might also be an option if you are outside central OH.
