On offer is a relatively large, exquisite piece of the very rarely available Cymbiola intruderi Poppe, 1985 F+++, 89 mm, Swains Reef, Queensland. This is one of those Australian volutes that are now simply not trawled anymore, and therefore only available from old collections. Condition excellent overall (very minor trimming done to anterior canal, otherwise hard to fault - please examine photos carefully as they form a crucial and comprehensive depiction of condition from all angles o...f the shell).
