Up for bid is a Beautiful Giant Fluted Clovis - Authentic Paleo Indian Artifact with T&T COA. This amazing Clovis was found in El Paso County, Colorado and is a giant at 4 3/8" long! It is made from the Beautiful Knife River Flint material and is translucent when held to light as the pictures show. This Beauty is fluted on both sides an inch or more, and is nicely ground on the basal and hafting areas. It has good patina and mineral deposits and is a no brainer authentic Clovis. Yo...u can see some of the iron deposits on the translucent picture. It also comes with a Certificate of Authenticity from T&T Archaeological Consulting. I'm selling it with this COA speaking for it's authenticity, so if you don't like this authenticator please pass and wait for another listing. Clovis points are from the Early Paleo Period and are 9, 000 to 14, 000 years old. This Clovis is Ex- Byron Anderson Collection. This Clovis will also be pictured in the 2020 Who's Who in Indian Relics in my collection "Michael Austin". I recently bought a nice Cumberland and decided to sell this one to make room for the Cumberland in my collection, as well as recoup some of my money. This is Definitely a Collector Grade Clovis!
