Click images to enlarge Description This piece a fine Famille Rose Dayazhai Chinese yellow -ground bowl, is decorated on the outside in Grisaille with two bees above a flowering peony with an inscription in iron red Dayazhal and a seal. It measures 2 1/4" tall and 4 1/8" wide. This piece is free of chips, cracks or repairs. The information we received from a person we know in China says it was made sometime in The Empress Dowager Cixi period which was 1861-1908.
