I have had this Pyle national locomotive headlight since the mid-60s. My grandmother moved to Rye Colorado in 1962 and bought a small cabin. This train light was bolted to the roof of her new home and was used as a massive yard light. My dad and ITook it down when we roofed the house and I have kept it ever since. I do not know the year it was manufactured but my guess is that it came from the Pueblo Colorado area during their steel manufacturing era. This headlight does not have any r...ust, it has been stored mostly indoors the whole time I’ve had it. There is some very minor corrosion on the Aluminum headlight ring and the outer lens is cracked, the inner reflector is perfect. There is a tiny bit of the original engine number on one of the side lights, it is either number 906 or 609. I am anxious to get more information as well as find it a proper home, any knowledge you may have concerning its history or vintage would be greatly appreciated as Are your bids.
