I am not a collector of Zuni jewelry but I have consulted two trusted scholars of Zuni work. Both attributed the bracelet to either artist, but there is no way to be certain.
The link below has an interesting reference to CG Wallace having Teddy Weahkee setting the inlay work of Neva and Arnold Cellicion (husband and wife). I had not heard this before.

The terminal of the bracelet is stamped with the letter W or M for the unknown silversmith who created the silver setting.
The bracelet measures 2" wide at the widest point and is 5 1/4" end to end plus a 1" gap. The bracelet is sturdy but can be brought in or opened up by hand.
