Giant, absolutely superb specimen of Pugilina morio (Linnaeus, 1758) F+++, ~205 mm, West Africa, now available. Stunning dark chocolate colouration overlain by cream and orange transverse bands above a deeply impressed suture. Imposing proportions, and a dramatically contrasting, very light-coloured aperture, resulting in a particularly striking appearance. The best example of this species I have offered to date. Very minor growth marks, but overall fantastic condition (please examine ...photos carefully as they form an important part in depicting the condition of the shell by showing the shell from all angles).
