A Hub Cobb of Texarkana, Texas had/has a specialty advertising business and used the Zippo flame logo with the encircled Zippo name. Enamel is 100%. A great Zippo advertising lighter that display exceptionally well. Full-size Zippo. I have not flinted, fueled or fired this lighter, however with the addition of flint & fuel, I believe the lighter can be put in working condition.
