One freefrom cabochon of Euclase from Colombia. A giant stone cut from old collection rough. The top and sides have a mirror polish. The bottom of the stone in unpolished and has the natural texture of the stone which adds some interesting reflective effects when viewed through the top. I was very lucky to acquire 3 large pieces of this material from an old collection over a decade ago, this is the largest of the 3 piece...s. I will never have another in this size range. Faceted euclase in lesser quality sells for around $100 per carat, it's uncommon to find this mineral cut en cabochon. Valued around $50/ct, my buy it now price is only $10/ct. Shown dry.
