NOS PETER WRIGHT ANVIL - 115 POUNDS - CRISP!!!!!!Undoubtedly one of the finest Peter Wright anvils in exi...stence. Untouched except for a light cleaning and 100% original all around, this was found a month ago in an old shop under a thick layer of dust. The edges on this gem are factory sharp and the front right corner has the typical PW factory rounded edge. The top surface has been untouched and literally has 3 or 4 mini hammer marks on it. The stamp is deep and crisp and clear.The only blemishes really are a slightly blunted horn (someone jabbed a thigh or shins a few times and finally whacked it flat!!), a few small dings on the horn and a couple of very tiny chips as shown (likely just from being 120 years old and being around a shop, not from working!). This anvil is 'top shelf' and belongs in a principle collection. I have handled a lot of anvils but have never seen one this close to perfect....Please review the pictures carefully.FREE SHIPPING to continental USA and Canada
