Original old antique Victorian Eastlake Aesthetic Movement style pattern, cast bronze door knob. Great Aesthetic Movement geometric patterns. Research indicates this pattern was made of cast bronze. A magnet does not stick to it. Blumin suggests Sargent as the manufacturer, unknown pattern, H-22200 I.D. number, fourfold symmetry. The knob is approximately 2-1/8" in diameter. Protrudes about 2". The opening for the spindle is about 1/4" square. The co...llar or shaft is about 5/8" in diameter. It is in in good antique condition. It appears that the previous owner cleaned it up, its very clean for it's age. This is an original knob, not a reproduction! Expect scratches and patina as well as wear. Sorry no set screw.
