Very sturdy heavy sofa. Fabric in VERY good condition. Some scuff marks on the wood part of the arms. I bought sight unseen from a store in Kentucky and when I got it home to Georgia it just did not work for me. Price somewhat negotiable. Please let me know if you have any questions about it. I will attempt to add more pictures as available. It has been in a home with animals but does not show any visible hair or soilin...g, etc. Local pickup only in Gainesville, GA.
