the urn style body is made of a white porcelain and is completely painted by hand with a detailed figural scene which is signed by the artist.it is mounted with a double tiered gold gilded brass base which has lovely relief detailing along with an ornate filler and finishing cap.it has a rope style brass shaft with two ball jointed generic sized sockets and topped with a nice finial.the lamp is in great condition and measures 23 3/4 inches tall by 4 1/2 in...ches wide.

buyer is responsible to file insurance claims via USPS, if package arrives broken or damaged, due to USPS's new policies the broken or damaged package has to be present when filing claims. If it is under 40$ and insurance is not requested from buyer, I will not be responsible to refund purchase for broken or lost item/items.
There will be no sales tax charged to cost of item, unless the buyer lives in, and/or is getting package shipped to a New Jersey address. Which will be a charge of 7% due to New Jersey state law.
