A beautiful pair of 19th century Samson bocage figures done in the Chelsea Derby style. These are hand painted in polychrome enamels and gilt and each is marked with gold anchor mark on base. They are both in very good condition with some small chipping to edges of the background greenery and two fingers to the man are repaired as seen in photos.&...nbsp; Each figure measures 14" inches high by 9" inches wide by x 5" inches deep. They display beautifully and the minor damage is hard to notice due to large size and extreme detailing. A great pair for the collector. Thank you for visiting!
