Up for auction is a SUPERBLY CARVED CHINESE JADE DRAGON BELT HOOK WARRING STATES TO HAN DYNASTY. A superbly carved and exceptionally rare example. A very similar belt hook can be found in the Avery Bundage archaic jade collection noted at Warring States period. We believe this example would date form Warring States to Han dynasty.
Condition: Minor imperfections consistent with ancient age. Overall substantially good as seen.
Size: The belt hook measures 2 7/8 inches long, by 3/8s of an inch wide.
