For sale here is a uncut pair of $50 and $100 notes that were printed for the Canal & Banking Company of New Orleans. These are the bottom two notes on an 4 subject sheet which was 20-20-50-100 and the top two notes (both twenties) have been clipped off. Interestingly, uncut sheets exist of this type which have backs printed but this uncut pair is uniface.Seems to me they were probably printer's proofs or specimens rather than unissued remainders. Either way they are in... perfect condition with no folds or stains and this unusual item is offered without reserve.
