Found a small lot of Boyd's Bear accessories in a box in a Maine estate we cleaned out. This appears to be a Boyd's bear Willow Couch with pad and not pillow as pictured, (since we included it with the willow chair) in good condition, with tag. We are not that familiar with this product line of Boyds so will let you determine age. Please see pictures and email with any questions.
