Up for sale an unusual Louis Vuitton suitcase shoe trunk from around 1920 or 1930. It measures 28" long x 17" wide x 9" deep & it is heavy around 20 lbs! There are two storage compartments, the top is a tray that is removable. The case is lined in a flannel type material & each tray has been divided into smaller compartments for shoes or boots. It is missing the slats that would have separated each pair of shoes. The case is in pretty good condition but shows use. One side of t...he leather handle has split & although not separated from the case it would be advised not to be used. This case is also very unusual because it was made with exterior wood struts that are normally only on the large trunks. There are also color stripe markings & initials 'P. P.' at each end & the number '22' from the original owner Guaranteed as described or it can be returned for a full refund.
