This listing is for a set of four salad plates in the Provencial Garden design. The plates, which measure approximately 8-5/8" in diameter, were produced by Whole Home.... The pattern has since been retired. These hand crafted, hand painted plates feature sunflowers on a swirled tan background with dark green trim. Natural variations in finish and color are characteristic of hand crafted, hand painted tableware.
CONDITIONYou'll find these salad plates to be, at worst, in near-mint condition with only extremely minimal, nearly nonexistent, and infinitesimal surface wear. (If I see even a single utensil mark or the most insignificant scratch, I won't list an item as mint.) The ornamentation is pristine and unblemished, the colors are vivid with no fading or discoloration, and the glaze shines like new although there is some very light/faint crazy which is nearly undectable. Additionally, all of the plates are completely free of cracks, chips, nicks, stains, repairs, permanent hard water deposits, and detergent residue.
