This Auction Includes: 1- Antique Signed Brown Pitcher Folk Art Pottery ~ I picked this up at a sale 20+ years ago in Eastern Pennsylvania, and it's been in my garage in a box ever since. I wish I could tell you more about this very interesting pig. There is crazing to the old glaze finish, and dirt and grime in the crevices of the handle as well as other places. It has not been cleaned, just dusted off for the photos. The pig is signed on the le...ft side, however I cannot decipher the writing. If you figure it out, please let me know. Thank you. The pitcher measures 9" L. X 7" W. X 7" H. and 4-1/4" across the lip.
Condition: Left ear older repair; chips and glaze loss; rubs and surface scraps. NO cracks with the exception of the left ear repair. The right front foot is a black line in the clay and NOT a crack. Please see the photos for more details.
