You are bidding on a completely original WWI era, 1st contract Springfield Armory 1911 slide with original contours, sharp markings and sharp serrations on the rear of the slide.  Almost no original finish remains except in the areas that were protected.  I am parting out most of the pistol, so please look at my other similar auctions.  Of course the matching frame can not be listed on ebay, and is not for sale here, and is only shown to show authenticity.  This lis...ting complies with all federal, state regulations and ebay policies.
