RARE Vintage Barbie Japanese Exclusive Midge DRESSES BOXED Doll Mattel #1627 ♡. Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.What is not rare about this set? Every piece of this set is not something you see for sale. The face paint is all original and as perfect as I have ever seen. Normally the lips are gone and hair paint rubs, but not this gal. Factory fresh. Also common with head is green ear. Only the slightest green at the left ear. Right looks clean, maybe the slight...est hue, but I don't see it. Replaced earrings. Wig looks factory fresh with perfect curl in the back. Next rare item is the Midge stand, which looks great with a slight, almost unnoticable crack in the back. Base is still strudy. Metal wire is behind the liner. Midge box is far from common. Has the Japan sticker inside the box at the bottom and the Dressed Box label on the bottom of the box top. No split corners. HTF white spike heals marked Japan, original HTF pearl necklace, shiny/perfect gold purse. Dress looks nice and clean. Straps look perfect, which is hard to find with this dress. The top of the bodice, in the white strips appear to be threads added to fill in gaps. Gold stripes look perfect. Added to this set was the long white gloves, pill box hat and wrist tag.
