1990 Barbie Magical Mansion, great rare house. Please note that some of the roof pieces are missing and a couple of the tabs that holds the doors in the doorway are brown but I’m sure it can be fixable so they stand up. The doorbell does work, however I checked the lighting fixtures and couldn’t seem to get them to work but you may know how to fix those. Still a lot of life in this house. This listing is including the fireplace that does work although the battery compartment looks ...a little worn, and the giant tub that came from that era. Since this house is so big I would rather do a local pickup due to having to take it apart and risk something breaking. But Shipping will be handled by UPS, who will also be handling the wrapping and caring for this before them shipping out.
