This handsome bronze chamber stick, dating to the mid 19th century, is an elegant antique piece in an unusual form.The heavy bronze has been cast in the form of a devil holding a spiral snake that acts as the candle holder with the devil’s tail acting as the handle; the whole piece has been formed in fine detail with the devil sitting on a leaf shape with demon heads as the legs of the plinth base. This is a great collectable and high quality addition to a display or collection....
