I did not test this tube tester so I am uncertain as to its functio...nality. Please see photographs for detailed condition of this tube tester as well as the case. The electrical power cord is frayed. The case is showing wear. All of the items viewable in the photographs are included with this purchase. The dimensions of the case are: Width: 18 1/4", Depth: 12", & Height: 8". This case with all of the contents viewable in the photographs weighs 23.05 pounds. The case has nice compartments to store the items. Please note that some of the metal fasteners for the compartment doors are missing so the compartment doors do not latch, but items still do fit nicely within the compartments. The case's exterior hardware is showing some signs of rust, although it still clasps and closes nicely. The handle for the case is missing.
