Vintage, Rootstein, Mannequin, Very Rare, 60 ' S

Vintage Rootstein Mannequin from the 1960's Gogo collection. Which was Rootstein's first full collection of mannequins Very rare! and dates from the early 60's. Her hands are not original but have been replaced with other Rootstein hands that work well with the pose (see picture). Her original right hand will be included in the auction but it is in very sad state (see last picture) this is due to the fact that Rootstein used to make their hands out of a rubber based mate...rial that does not age particularly well.She has had her right leg repaired at the upper thigh, which is barely discernable (see Picture)her facial paint is all original and apart from the very visible chips in her body paintwork the rest of her paint is all very firm and not flaky at all.Her pose is made up from multiple parts from the Gogo collection (which I have on good authority was the norm back in the day when she was produced). She is basically AJ32 pose with alternative legs. her arms are stamped AJ20 but they look exactly the same as the arms from the AJ32 pose.I can ship internationally or you can organise it from your end and I will be available to help. Or you are more than welcome to come and pick her up from Cambridge UK.All parts will be bubble wrapped individually and packed with the utmost care.Both wigs will be included in the auction.They are not Rootstein or hard cap wigs.Unfortunately I cannot include the base with this mannequin because it will make the shipping cost prohibitive.
