Hi everyone! Up for sale today is a VERY RARE SONY VAIO VGN-AW125J LAPTOP PC!!I have specialized in the AW-series over the past 7 years and they quickly became myall time favorite "laptops". This particular AW features a 2.66GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Processor(P9550), 4GB RAM (8GB max), an almost new 240GB PNY Solid State Drive, dedicated NVIDIAGeForce 9600M GT Graphics Card (512MB), BLU-RAY Player/ DVD-RW drive, and the GORGEOUS 18.4" X-Brite FullHDDisplay (1920x1080)! In addition to those... impressive specs, this laptop also has top-notchbuild quality, amazing built-in speakers AND subwoofer, and the most comfortablefull-size keyboard I've ever used. It's anawesome laptop for streaming videos, listening tomusic, photo editing, browsing the internet, and just about anything you'd want a computerfor. And for being as large as it is, it is surprisingly slimand portable. I have not found any other 18-19" laptop that can competewith the AW and I would (and have) recommend them to anyone who likes largerlaptops.
This laptop is in PERFECT operational condition and is very fast! Physically, it does show some normal wear but looks VERY GOOD overall. The lid cover has an even coating of light scratches and there are some small scuffs and nicks around the outside edges. The inside shows normal wear including some faint paint wear on the palmrest and top of the screen bezel. Also, the power jack bracket had broken and must have been repaired with glue by a previous owner. I have properly repaired the bracket with JB-weld and a strip of metal which should make it just as strong or stronger than it was when new. I have done this repair countless times with Vaio AWs and FWs and none of my customers have had them break again as far as I know. As you can see in the photo 8, the glue from the previous repair is still present but it really doesn't stand out much. The HUGE 18.4" screen is crisp and vibrant with no visible flaws! A genuine Sony power adapter and battery are included but the battery no longer takes a charge. Replacement batteries can be easily found from other sellers but I'd definitely recommend this to someone who mostly plans to use it plugged in. This computer comes with a recent install of Windows 7 Home Premium, Google Chrome and all of the necessary Sony drivers. It's ready for immediate use!

P.S. As with most of my builds, the inside of this laptophas been completely cleaned and fresh Arctic MX-4 thermal paste was applied tothe CPU and GPU. This will keep the laptop running cool and smoothly for a longtime.
