For your consideration and for auction is this 100% authentic and RARE CONFEDERATE CIVIL WAR CAVALRY OFFICER WARRIOR SLOUCH REBEL HAT CAP KEPI. This rebel warriors hat is in exceptional shape, featuring a nice patina throughout. Has a great look to it with an excellent overall eye appeal. Has the cavalry insignia on the front, that has been sewd onto this hat. The hat cord is in mint condition as well as the leather sweat band but it is brittle in a few places. This hat has it all: the... look, the feel, and the smell of the battlefield. One if the rarest historic hats you’ll own in your collection.
