Never be put off with insurance claims. If your item arrives broken, contact me immediately. We will need photos of the box it arrived in, the packing materials, and the broken item. Once we have received the photos we will refund your entire amount including shipping fees. If your package has not arrived in 9 days, contact us and we will file for a lost package. Refund will be given on the 15th day after the form was filed including shipping cost. If after the refund has been given, and you receive the item, payment will be expected. We will send a request for money. If payment is not sent within 3 days, we will contact ebay with this issue. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not bid on or buy items. This does not include international shipping. We ship the next business day after payment is received.
