Small porcelain young boy sitting on a stone or brick with a smaller one in his right hand. Appears to have zero issues of any kind. Maker's mark on the bottom, the number 2402 and a symbol that looks like a capitol "R" with a quotation mark, slos says made in but I cannot make out the country or city, under that in blue from the original firing are the initials "ELO". 3" x 4 3/4" x 2 1/2" front to back.
