These are not mint items from the factory (unless we specifically say so). We include in our descriptions any issues that are significant. If you have any concerns, please ask! We want to ensure that your new item arrives safely and satisfactorily.
If you insist on perfection, it’s unlikely you will find it among our more mature population of china pieces.

Pricing
We’ve been at this for a while, so we do our research and are also experienced enough to price competitively. We understand the joy of negotiating and getting a good deal! On these pages however, we are a bit more like a business: You wouldn’t go into Zara and start negotiating prices with them, would you? When you purchase multiple items, we combine and discount shipping, which can add up to some nice savings.With a minimum purchase of CAD $300.00, you qualify for a 10% discount.We appreciate your visit, but please consider our pricing firm.
Shipping
We package and ship promptly – within three days of receipt of payment. We always ensure items - even large parcels - are securely wrapped in bubble wrap with packing peanuts to ensure added safety.
No flimsy packing here!
Customs authorities will occasionally hold a package back for inspection:
a process that can delay arrival or your item by several weeks,
sometimes even a month or two.
Any additional charges assessed by customs are beyond our control,
not included in the pricing and completely the responsibility of the buyer.
Bidding, Purchasing and Returns
Please review our listings and the item photos carefully before bidding or buying.
If you have any questions please send an email. Payment is due on purchase.We ask that you kindly consider that when you bid or buy, we, like all sellers,
incur costs from eBay and PayPal, and additionally, our item goes offline and is not visible to other buyers, so if we don’t hear from you within seven days,
we will put in a “Non-Paying Bidder” report with eBay. We accept returns in the very rare cases where an item is deemed not to have been as described. The return of the item, fully insured and with tracking, is at the expense of the buyer. Returns accepted if you are kind enough to contact us as soon as you receive your parcel.
