Antique LIMOGES VICTORIAN PORTRAIT CABINET PLATE From an estate collection.Approximately 9-7/8” diameterHas words MADAME ELISABETH across bottom center right. Appears to be Elisabeth of France, a French princess and youngest sibling of King Louis XVI. There also is a signature that looks like either a “J” or “T” initial and then “de Montero”.Round plate with gold patterned and floral border. Portrait in center with names as seen in pictures. There is some wear on the gold... rim around the center. Backof plate has the stamp with Limoges on top and FRANCE on bottom. In the center is the letters C R over a line and A under.I have included plenty of pictures and close-ups so you could assess condition.
