This magnificent very large antique Chinese blue and white porcelain plate/dish was made during the reign of Emperor Guangxu 1875-1908. The very fine decoration depicts prunus blossom with open flowers growing from well painted branches. The blue background colour of the cobalt is magnificent.
The plate is in 100% perfect and original condition, however, there are a few marks from firing/manufacture on the plate.
The back of this magnificent very large plate has stylised bamboo s...hoots also in fine under-glaze blue.
This very large plate is 38.5cm in diameter 5.5cm in height and the diameter of the foot rim is 20.5cm.
