Exquisite Chinese embroidery of a garden setting with trees, birds, plants and figures of two girls walking.
Overall size is 11" x 10" with textile measuring 6 1/2' w by 7 1/8" h.
Provenance: This textile is from a collection owned by my grand parents.
I would estimate the age to be from late 19th to early 20th century.
The textile has been properly stored and is in very good condition.
The composition, colors and craftsmanship are extraordinary.
